1. Introduction
Welcome to GoLuxuryFlatX! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, programs, and offerings in the field of luxury apartment selection and real estate services. By booking a luxury apartment selection service or engaging our real estate programs, you agree to these terms and commit to following them with professionalism.
2. Property Participation Eligibility
2.1. Property Readiness – Our services are intended for individuals, property investors, and luxury real estate focused people seeking apartment selection services. When registering, we request information about your luxury real estate interests and property background to determine alignment for the respective apartment selection program.
2.2. Program Registration – Participation in our luxury apartment selection programs requires prior registration and confirmation by GoLuxuryFlatX. You commit to providing truthful and current information with accuracy.
2.3. Property Conduct Guidelines – We expect respectful and professional behavior in our luxury real estate sessions. Any form of disruptive behavior, inappropriate communication, or unprofessional conduct may result in removal from our luxury real estate environment.
2.4. Property Confidentiality – Participants commit to maintaining confidentiality regarding personal and luxury real estate information of other members shared within the framework of our apartment selection programs.
3. Luxury Real Estate Booking and Payment
3.1. Property Bookings – Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person and are binding after our confirmation.
3.2. Payment Terms – Program fees are due within 14 days of invoicing. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards as forms of payment.
3.3. Corporate Programs – For bookings by organizations for their employees, separate payment terms may be agreed, which are specified in the respective luxury real estate contract.
3.4. Property Cancellation Policy – For cancellations up to 30 days before the luxury apartment selection program start, 25% of the fees will be retained; for cancellations up to 14 days before, 50%. For later cancellations, the full fee will be charged.
4. Luxury Real Estate Design and Changes
4.1. Property Program Planning and Implementation –
- GoLuxuryFlatX reserves the right to change luxury apartment selection program content, schedules, and consultants as required by market demands.
- In case of insufficient participants, a luxury apartment selection program may be postponed or canceled with reasonable notice.
- Program changes will be communicated to participants as early as possible with transparency.
4.2. Property Materials – All luxury apartment selection materials, assessments, and service resources are the intellectual property of GoLuxuryFlatX or our luxury real estate partners. The materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Advanced Luxury Services
5.1. Registration – For our Advanced Luxury Mastery and Luxury Property Development services, separate registration conditions apply, which are communicated before booking and are binding.
5.2. Cancellation Conditions – Cancellations for these premium luxury apartment selection programs must be made at least 45 days in advance to receive a partial refund. For later cancellations, 75% of the fee will be retained.
5.3. Client Selection – For certain advanced luxury real estate services, we reserve the right to select participants based on criteria such as property knowledge level, experience, and program objectives to ensure optimal luxury apartment selection outcomes.
6. Disclaimer and Warranty
6.1. Liability – GoLuxuryFlatX is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of employees or luxury real estate consultants. We assume no liability for the practical implementation of luxury apartment selection guidance and real estate strategies by clients in their personal property situations.
6.2. Personal Responsibility – Clients are responsible for the implementation of luxury real estate strategies and property concepts in their personal real estate environment. The application is at their own risk and takes into account the specific property circumstances.
7. Facilities and Property
7.1. Use of Facilities – Luxury real estate consultation rooms and equipment must be treated with care. The causer is liable for willful damage.
7.2. Valuables – We assume no liability for personal items and valuables left in our premises. Lockable storage options are available.
8. Data Privacy
8.1. Data Processing – The processing of personal data is in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which is considered an essential part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read carefully.
8.2. Photo and Video Material – At selected luxury real estate events, photo and video material may be created for documentation and marketing purposes. Clients can object to the use of their image at any time.
9. Luxury Real Estate Refund Policy
9.1. Property Satisfaction – GoLuxuryFlatX is committed to providing high-quality luxury apartment selection services. If you are not satisfied with our luxury real estate services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns professionally. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer appropriate compensation, such as partial refunds or additional luxury real estate sessions at no cost.
9.2. Service Cancellation by GoLuxuryFlatX – In the event that we must cancel a luxury apartment selection service, we will provide a full refund of all fees paid or offer to reschedule the service at your convenience. We will make every effort to notify you of cancellations as early as possible. 9.3. Luxury Real Estate Refund Processing – All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy terms outlined in section 3.4 and may be prorated based on services already delivered.
10. Return Policy
10.1. Luxury Property Returns – For digital luxury real estate materials and online property selection courses, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for return, materials must not have been substantially accessed or completed. Returns must be requested in writing with justification for the return request.
10.2. Physical Property Materials – Physical luxury real estate materials (property guides, workbooks, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition and unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the client unless the materials were defective or incorrectly shipped.
11. Luxury Real Estate Final Provisions
11.1. Property Severability Clause – Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
11.2. Property Applicable Law – These Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the location of GoLuxuryFlatX's headquarters, to the extent legally permissible.
